After the lady gave me my new ATM card, she said to me, "to activate your account, you have to make your first transaction at any ATM," she then handed me a piece of paper. "This is the PIN number for your first transaction. After that they'll ask you to change your PIN number and you must change it."
So I was like, "Okay."
So I went to the ATM and punched in the 6-digit numbers the lady gave me. I punched it wrong. Three times. The machine blocked my card.
So I went back to the bank.
"Back so soon?" the lady asked.
I told her what happened.
She just smiled and unblocked my card. She told me to try again tomorrow since I have exceeded the maximum number of tries for today.
It's a shame there's no cure for stupidity.
