Interview

So I went in for the interview when my name is called. The interviewer asked me questions about customers since I will be working as a consultant there.

"What would you do if angry customers start yelling at you?" he asked.

I answered, "provide a solution."

"What if they start cursing you?" he challenged.

"Ask him to relax as I will provide a solution." I answered.

"What if they start cursing your family?" he continued.

"People still do that?" I asked him before I could stopped myself.

No, seriously. I've always thought that, by now, everyone has become civilized people. Or maybe not.
